Manual Parts Search Confirmation Page

Hello, First we want to thank you for being one of our valued customers.  Your parts search will be processed and sent to all the applicable Internet suppliers that you chose from our list of suppliers as soon as we receive it by US Mail.  You will then receive replies from those suppliers that have your part.  Please be patient, some of our largest suppliers with as many as 30,000 cars and trucks take several weeks to check their inventories before replying.  If you require a receipt for this please email us and we will send one.   

Also, your part will be loaded on our web site along with your email address and will remain there for 6 months from the date your parts search was sent out.  Other customers or parts suppliers who visit our web page can contact you with your part.  You can see this listing at:  http://db.teragon.com:4290/ccpf:Type.render_table_html,Parts_Search.

Since our suppliers contact you directly we do not have anyway of knowing when your part is found, unless you tell us..  So if no one has contacted you within 6 weeks please let us know.  It is important for you to let us know because we add new suppliers almost every day and if your part has not been found we will send out your parts inquiry again in a couple months to those new suppliers we have added.  

We have found that obtaining a parts interchange and parts number data greatly increases the probability of finding a part.  If you did not have or provide that information in your original parts search form submission, we do this research for $6.99.  If after a couple months if you have not had the number of replies to this part search inquiry and wish us to research your parts interchange and part number data go to:  http://www.classiccarpartsfinder.com/parts_library_form.htm,  fill out the form, pay the $6.99 and we will look up the data, provide you a copy and resend your parts search inquiry out to all suppliers again, at no additional cost.

Please also let us know if our initial parts inquiry was successful and we will remove your listing from our web page so someone doesn't contact you with something you don't need.  

For owners of Great Depression era cars and trucks, these are always hard to find, and often take months to locate.  It is important that you especially keep us informed if you have not received a reply from our suppliers.

Our goal is to find every part we are asked to and we will strive to fulfill that goal to the best of our ability.
